Lost in past class action law suits. One star is to high a rating. 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. Lost class action suits in USA and Quebec. Same problem with oil consumption through Rally Subaru One star is to high a rating. 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. Lost class action suits in USA and Quebec. Same problem with oil consumption through Rally Subaru. They will not stand behind the product but are stalling until the warranty expires. Subaru Canada and Rally Subaru each say that the other must give authorization, bureaucracy to the max. Now 60,000 plus boxter engines in all new models have potential problems. Great service and a great product was in the past - hopefully they will recover. In the meantime I have the worst car of my lifetime. More

Dealership’s service met expectations. Nothing I can say that wasn’t good, or nothing I can say that blew my mind positively. I purchased a used Toyota at a Subaru dealership so not at the features were exp that wasn’t good, or nothing I can say that blew my mind positively. I purchased a used Toyota at a Subaru dealership so not at the features were explained, which is acceptable as the sales reps are trained on Subaru vehicles. I did my own research on the vehicles features. I do feel the negotiation process could have went better. Dealership decided not to counter my second offer until I called back 5 days later. Sale could have happened sooner then it did. All around good experience. More
