Dealership’s service met expectations. Nothing I can say that wasn’t good, or nothing I can say that blew my mind positively. I purchased a used Toyota at a Subaru dealership so not at the features were explained, which is acceptable as the sales reps are trained on Subaru vehicles. I did my own research on the vehicles features. I do feel the negotiation process could have went better. Dealership decided not to counter my second offer until I called back 5 days later. Sale could have happened sooner then it did. All around good experience. More

I have been quite patient with this dealership from the moment we purchased our car 8 months ago. During the sales part of the experience, they were all gung ho in selling us the vehicle - but once they ha moment we purchased our car 8 months ago. During the sales part of the experience, they were all gung ho in selling us the vehicle - but once they have got our business, the customer service is quite unfortunate. We have trked to give them a chance? But it seems that everytime we do, something disappointing happens. Lets start with the random bits of garbge when we first picked up the vehicle. Also, we left the vehicle with them for a 3M done, recieved the car with much less gas than dropped off. Another instance was them calling us that they left a GPS tracking device in our vehicle which resulted in missing hours from work only to let us know it was the wrong vehicle. Next, we rescheduled for the first maintenance in December. We already booked time off for this - upon calling to confirm this appointment, we were told there was no appointment for us though when we rescheduled, i was assured numerous times of the said date and time. Okay, we let it go and reschedule again. Now, waiting for the car to be picked for tbe said appointment - we had to call them to ask what the status is so we can work accordingly with our schedule. No calls were received by my husband and i - and have to rushh through just to pick up vehicle. I am quite disappointed since this is the 4th Subaru vehi le in the family. More
