I bought a cross trek in June 2020 ( see review from joefulee ) and was totally satisfied. \My car recently broke down during the cold snap and found their service was horrendous. The vehicle was towed in and I took the initiative to book an appointment for the next morning at 730. When Michelle phoned me to say the vehicle had arrived I mentioned the appointment and was told they took the vehicles they way they were towed in and the appointment was void. I mentioned I'd need to rent a car and she said she didn't know if they would pay never mentioning that I could do an Uber and they would pay for it anywhere I went. ( due to covid I wouldn't feel comfortable ). I rented a car and it cost 43.00. When I talked to Cheryl she gave me the run around but pretty much said they wouldn't pay for it even though they do supply courtsy vehicles on a first come basis or would have paid an Uber, in my case being close to 200.00. It's not the car rental it's the attitude of the service staff. How would I be treated if it was long term and more of a problem. I'm going out this weekend to look for another vehicle and trade my cross trek in. Luv the car, but if Rally won't supply the service and show they care after the fact, I won't deal with them again. BTW I did a review in google as well, with no answer. Also after I did the review in June and gave them 5 stars have never heard from them. Tells you a lot More
