I had contacted a couple of dealerships prior to stumbling upon Raceway and the Sales People were either all about trying to upsell me or would not discuss prices unless I came into the dealership. When I requested information from Raceway I was contacted by Bob, we made arrangements for me to come in the same day. I explained my needs and Bob was very understanding and took them into account when recommending the Grand Caravan over the Journey. The car was ready on the pickup day as promised and the transaction was smooth. Bob called me the next day as a followup to make sure that everything was alright with the car and asked if I had any further questions. All in all a great experience with Bob and Raceway. More

(by the way, the last four letters of Ahmad last name, in another language would mean "something that could be BIG that gives extreme satisfaction". Just like the good customer service that Ahmad delivers. At first, I was contemplating whether to get a RAM 1500 or another famous brand like F150. But with the best price, discounts and additional accessories that goes with it, a very good full package was offered. Who could ask for more? What Ahmad promises, Ahmad delivers to your satisfaction. He even offered me his personal RAM 1500 truck to drive for a day when I get back there to complete this wonderful experience with them.
