inept, incompetent thieves. I bought a demo car that had hubcaps which I did not like, so I paid for an upgrade to rims. At 1st I was told they will be on the car in 2 days when I bought a demo car that had hubcaps which I did not like, so I paid for an upgrade to rims. At 1st I was told they will be on the car in 2 days when I pick it up. 2 days later I was told it will take a week to get the rims in so come back. A week later I had to call them for an update. I was told it will take another week, after a month of being lied to I finally receive a call saying the rims and tires are in, so an appointment was made. I arrived at 11am (the time of the appointment) and was told the wrong tires came in (why they didn't double check before calling me?). They gave me a loaner (which smelt like an ashtray) and said come back at 4pm. Last i recall it is illegal to smoke in a company vehicle. I returned at 4 and was told they did not even start on my car. After driving in a smoked filled loaner with the windows open in the rain, I returned in the morning to find the wrong rims on my car. Being so frustrated with the constant incompetency I was told by the manager to "relax", which I really did not appreciate. The manage began to argue with me and said these are the rims I request, saying I'm mistaken. However on the contract I signed stated exactly what rims I wanted. Just to get out of that building, I agreed to USED rims and tires but paid full price for a new set. They didnt even clean the rims and rubber, the rims had brake dust. After all this, I was expecting my old hubcaps and tires that i still own, to be in my car, which they weren't. I went back to the manager and he told me they put them on another car. Why, I Still don't know? This company is ran by theifs that will rob you blind if your not carefull. On the contract when I bought the car, I paid $40 for feul which I did not get. I was about $15 worth short. Imagine how much money they steal from customers that don't catch this multiplied by every car they sell? More
