My 2014 Grand Cherokee I bought a used Grand Cherokee with 29,000 KM. When an identical car with added features came available and with only 9,000 KM, they allowed me full value of what I had paid, (and this almost a month after the initial deal) and upgraded to the lower mileage model. Friendly and responsive - I'm happy with the deal. Granted I paid the difference for the upgrade but now I have a car that is truly loaded and has 20,000 fewer KM, (check when you look -- some features in Chrysler are 'feature ready' but are at extra cost). Anyway - they looked after me and were obviously determined that I would leave happy. The 5.7 liter V8 is impressive after my sluggish 3.5 liter V.6. Fuel consumption only slightly higher on the highway and the car is immediately responsive. Dan Windsor. More
Pleasant surprise I went in looking to buy a used Dodge Charger but the staff at Raceway Chrysler helped get me into a brand new car thanks largely in part to Sal. The professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Sal and the other members was outstanding and really made for a pleasant experience. I'm a young man but was taken seriously and treated with respect throughout the entire process unlike some other experiences that I've had. All said I'm loving my new car and have an ongoing rapport with Sal for some upgrades I'd like to do and I couldn't be happier. More
Expected more based on the reviews We were looking to purchase a second new vehicle and were happy to realize that there was a promotion going on funded by Chrysler. After a little res We were looking to purchase a second new vehicle and were happy to realize that there was a promotion going on funded by Chrysler. After a little research we found that this dealership was close to home and it had received decent ratings by previous customers. Initially the service was good, we were promptly welcomed, our sales person helped to narrowed down which vehicle we wanted, we negotiated the options needed and handed over the down payment for our vehicle. After that the service went down hill. We were told that there was a lot of miscommunication between our sales rep and sales manager on who was supposed to be contacting us about the location of the vehicle that we anxiously wanted to purchase. Rather than being told that the vehicle we wanted could not be found...we go the "up sell" pitch to a higher trim level vehicle. After politely declining the "up sell" pitch we then received the "customer needs to constantly follow up on the purchase order because I'm too busy with other sales to follow up on your enquiry about the vehicle you are trying to purchase" treatment. Needless to say, after several days of "customer chasing seller" for accurate information we requested our deposit back. Who wants to spend money on a vehicle and eventually service appointments on oil changes etc. on a place that doesn't value the customer enough to have clear and open communication?! It took some time and much "negotiation" before we got our deposit back. Most of this should be able to be dealt with on the phone but in our case it took several personal visits to the dealership to sort things out. This experience was so bad that we didn't want anything to do with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep vehicles anymore (even though we have a couple of friends who recently purchase new vehicles at another dealership...and they love their vehicles). We ended up purchasing a new vehicle from a competing brand. Everything worked out for the better (for us) because we got a much better vehicle (from a competing brand) with extra options/accessories for the same price. Maybe Raceway was having an off week because they were so busy selling vehicles to other people that they couldn't maintain clear communication with us or maybe we were just unlucky. Either way, we work too hard for our money to be treated the way we were. More

When he came back he only gave me bi-weekly payments (which were more than what is advertised on manufacturers web-site and what I got from other dealers) and when I requested price details he got a bit upset. So he went back to his manager. This rude and un-professional sales manager calls me in and started to give me lectures how I don't know anything about cars. When I told him that I did not receive any rebates that I'm entitled too and that his payment are plus my down payment and my trade in ( which almost half from what it is worth) and that his price was over $30000 more than anybody else he tells me how I'm on a private property and I should leave. Hello, did you think money grows on the trees? Why would I want to overpay? People should stay from this dealer. More
