I inquired about a 2020 ram classic and although they where very quick to reach out to me the over all experience was terrible they refused to show me a bill of sale how it broke down just to find out wh where very quick to reach out to me the over all experience was terrible they refused to show me a bill of sale how it broke down just to find out when I got the bill of sale they left out 9000$ of negative equity on the bill to get the price I originally asked for and didn't feel the need to mention to me that's how they got it so low I asked if the cost was including the negative equity and they assured me it was and that there was no hidden costs then when I ask about it they tried to blame me and said I wasn't honest. When I told them the pay out amount from the beginning and they had no idea how I got to a number they gave me I will never do business with them and I would never recommend if I could go lower then a one star rating I would More
Wow really wish I read these reviews before walking into this dealership because apparently I'm not the only one who had issues. Reader beware this is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had an this dealership because apparently I'm not the only one who had issues. Reader beware this is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had and I strongly recommend you going just about anywhere else. So first thing first Faizan the finance manager told me straight to my face that if I couldn't afford to pay 40$ more a month for 8 years on a useless warranty that I have bigger things to worry about ... Yup what a professional thing to say to a customer. Second Harj Virk the salesperson I dealt with accidentally gave my key to the wrong person. That's okay no big deal that's an easy mistake to fix. There was also a scratch I noticed on the bottom of the front bumper which must have happened when someone moved my truck off of the front curb where they display them, nbd accidents happen. Harj told me next week I can come pick up the key and fix the scratch. Guess what I called everyday next week and no response from Harj and the dealership also couldn't get ahold of him even though I was told "he'll be here tommorow" at least three times. Finally I get a hold of him after almost two weeks of nothing and he tells me he's still waiting on the other person to bring the key in but they'll be here tomorrow. Heard that for about another week or two and finally had enough when Harj asked me if I could drive to the customers work and pick up the key myself. Umm no this is your fault not mine. I told him if I don't get the key by the end of the week that him or the dealership is paying to make me a new one. (keep in mind this is after a month of dodged calls and it'll be here tommorows) Miraculously the key appeared the next day. As for the scratch of course Harj didn't book the appointment like he said he would but he did send me a "work order" and told me a Jake would give me a call. Of course after a week of waiting noone called me so I called and asked for the body shop manager. (now this is the part that really pisses me off) The body shop NEVER got that work order Harj showed me and didn't know what I was talking about... ahhhh so after a customer picks up their vehicle apparently raceway thinks it's okay to just brush them off. Luckily "or so I thought" I was able to get my truck into the body shop and they repaired the scratch. To bad they oversprayed the bumped causing the panels to no longer look aligned (which I noticed right away but thought F this these people are useless I'll fix it myself) also somehow during the process of fixing a scratch on my bumper they managed to not only completely fill my truck bed with dirt but they also managed to scratch a nice gouge on the left side plastic of the truck bed.... HOW AND WHY WAS ANYTHING EVEN IN MY TRUCK BED! Not a single part of this experience was in anyway acceptable except for the actual vehicle which I could have and should have purchased from any other dodge dealership. Faizan has an attitude problem and likes to talk down to you if you don't want a pointless warranty you'll never use. Harj will act like a nice guy up until you sign that dotted line then he could care less about you and will straight up lie to you. And apparently the body shop is incapable of fixing something without breaking something else. I said it before and I'll say it again, go somewhere else More

Absolutely terrible service experience. If you really want a Chrysler/Jeep product, choose another GTA dealership. Purchased a vehicle they couldn’t deliver and rather than engage to find a solution, th want a Chrysler/Jeep product, choose another GTA dealership. I did get a good rate but customer service is not good. After bill of sale, the sales person will not answer the call next day. I needed to get some info from him and all day no call back. New 2019 Warlock I bought a new Warlock from Muhammad and the whole experience was seamless. The price was amazing and he was very easy to deal with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he got the truck for me and my family with all of the features I wanted at a price that couldn't be touched. After speaking with multiple other dealerships, I found my purchase from Muhammad to be the most organic. Once he located the car I wanted the deal was set very quickly. The had a copy of my insurance for me when I showed up and made sure I knew how to use all the features before I left for my drive home. The team of Muhammad, Moe and Sal made the experience very enjoyable and seamless and I can't recommend them enough. My daughter will be buying from them in the near future. More
