Sales Team does not Listen When entering the dealer ship I met with Chrysler Canada Employee there on a Promotion, Once advising of what I was looking for I was passed onto Amga When entering the dealer ship I met with Chrysler Canada Employee there on a Promotion, Once advising of what I was looking for I was passed onto Amgad. When talking with Amgad I advised him I knew what I wanted and did not want to be up sold into an in-stock Vehicle. All was going well until we got back after the Test Drive, Amgad started to up-sell to the vehicle we were in I advised I didn't mind waiting for the vehicle I wanted. After walking out and being Called back by Paul from Chrysler Canada I decided to give the dealership another go all was good this time we understood each other and we signed the papers. Delivery of Vehicle 7 weeks later all was going well until we were doing the Walk round of the vehicle one of the key options I wanted was the front park assist, not installed everything else was s I requested but the Key Option wasn't. After investigating the issue we worked out a compromise which I must commend Ahmad on. I left satisfied but not as excited as I have been when acquiring other Cars from other Dealerships. One tip I would give its in the Title of my Review "Listen to what the Customer is saying and act on it" If it had not been for Paul I was going to Ford. More

When we returned to the dealership a few days later each and every condition had been met and the used vehicle was presented to us looking new!
