A pleasant buying experience This summer, I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a used Chrysler 300 S AWD vehicle. I had being searching for 300 S AWD for some time but ha This summer, I had the pleasant experience of purchasing a used Chrysler 300 S AWD vehicle. I had being searching for 300 S AWD for some time but have had very little luck finding one. Apparently, this vehicle with the AWD and V8 configuration is "RARE". While searching Raceway's website, I did notice the exact vehicle I wanted here and quickly rushed over to view it. While there, I met a sales rep by the name of Safi Abid. Safi is fairly new to the auto sales industry, yet he has a terrific attitude towards his new career. I found Safi to be Knowledgeable and very friendly. He is a no pressure kind of guy, yet willing to help you in anyway he can. What I did like about Safi is that he truly helps you after the sale of the vehicle. I had a minor problem with my car after the sale, called up Safi and he instructed me to bring the vehicle in and that they would look after the problem. True to their word, Raceway did fix the problem by installing a new part with no hassles at all. This alone is important to me. For anyone reading this, drop by and see Safi, he will do his best to put a deal together and make sure you drive away happy and satisfied. As for the used car manager, I dealt with Mr. Sam Safadi. Sam I would describe as a manager who is very fair. He to will work hard to put a deal together and earn your business. I feel I negotiated the best deal I could and more importantly, he fixed the few things I found wrong with the vehicle when I picked it up. So it really does not get more fair than that. I am a guy who has purchased many vehicles over the years from many dealerships. For anyone who is looking for a Chrysler/Fiat product, you owe it to yourself to visit Raceway Chrysler and give them a chance to earn your business.
