I first made contact with Doug via email. He was exceptional at providing me the information e.g prices, models , deals etc via email for a few weeks prior to me coming in to meet with him. At no time was he pushy, or trying to convince me to buy from him or what model to buy. He was always objective and honest. I have never had such a great experience buying a car before. As a single woman coming in to purchase a car, it was important for me to know I could trust the salesperson I was dealing with. I knew this was the case with Doug. Doug spent a great deal of time with me over 2 visits explaining things to me and this was much appreciated. After my car had to be ordered, Doug kept in touch each week as to the progress and expected delivery date. I will highly recommend Doug and Queenston Chev to all my friends and family. The first thing that I'd like to say is, "What an amazing experience!"...I recently brought in my Trailblazer for service at Queenston Chevrolet on Centennial Parkway. Prior to owning the Trailblazer amazing experience!"...I recently brought in my Trailblazer for service at Queenston Chevrolet on Centennial Parkway. Prior to owning the Trailblazer I had a Blazer which had minor service done by this location and the service was quick in and out. A few weeks ago the Trailblazer required service and and I brought it back to this location. What I thought was a small problem turned out to be a big job. Which, in turn, required two additional visits for the problem to be totally fixed. Teresa was the most professional and pleasant person to deal with while my issues were trying to be resolved. She ensured that I had transporation while the work was being done to my vehicle. She always kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle and explained, in full, the problems with the vehicle and what they had done to rectify them. What great customer service!! And I don't want forget the service staff in the back garages...kudos to all you as well. I'll be back for all of my service needs and I'll be sure to pass the word on about the great staff and service that is at Queenston Chevrolet on Centennial. Thanks again Teresa....you rock! Queenston Chev is a fair distance from my house. I had previously had a bad service experience with another dealership on the central mountain so decided to try Queenston. I called and made an appointment with Paul. he was very polite and knew what I was talking about when I described the problem with my wife's car. He recognized the urgency for the repair and had an appointment for me the very next day. I met with Paul when I dropped off the car. He remembered our conversation, he accurately articulated the problem to the technician. When I was in the waiting room he stopped by several times to update me on the progress of the repair. He was able to determine that there was some warranty left regarding the repair on his own without any inquire from me. I am very pleased with the service. I have two GM vehicles and I'll be using Queenston for any repairs. More
