Dissatisfied customer Sunny the salesman I worked with seemed great at first, but after I received my suv he could have cared less about helping me, the vehicle had to go i Sunny the salesman I worked with seemed great at first, but after I received my suv he could have cared less about helping me, the vehicle had to go in to be serviced not even a month after i got it, the belt had to be replaced but the worst part was they would not cover the fee for the appointment if the issue was not covered under warranty, thankfully it was but he flipped out on me fir telling him it was poor customer service, also my drivers door was bent like someone tried to pry it open with a crowbar, and they never noticed that in the shop, like really, how could you not noticed the wind noise...... Not satisfied in the least with the service and the salesman . More

When I thanked him for his time and said that I reconsidered he kept calling and told me not to be a coward and answer my phone. He also called me a lowlife xxxxxxx and threatened to call my employer if I posted any negative reviews about him oh and he also threatened to sue me? Hmm... And when I said I wasn’t going to do the original deal he somehow got it down 72 dollars a month within 1 minute. Seems legitimate. Have never had worse customer service in my entire life. More

Unprofessional and dishonest This dealer kept stringing me along saying I was approved and that they could get the vehicle I was looking for. Then they stopped taking or answering This dealer kept stringing me along saying I was approved and that they could get the vehicle I was looking for. Then they stopped taking or answering my calls. Eventually I was able to contact the salesperson I had been dealing with, who lied and pretended to be someone else. I found out that he had been misleading me about the status of our deal. He hadn't even worked on it and gave some B/S story which was totally unprofessional. I would give them a wide berth!! More
