Over and above I originally built and ordered a vehicle online after I test drove one with Ron. When it came I was devastated that it was not what I was thinking. Ron took the time to research to see if there was one that fit the description of what I wanted. They drove my car to Alberta and drove another one back within three days so that I didnt have to wait long. Many may think this is just part of what a dealership should do to keep you happy, but I truly believe that Ron went above and beyond to make sure that I left feeling elated with my vehicle. Ron stayed after hours when things like credit and insurance waits were out of everyone's control, he came in on his day off (twice), always made me comfortable, and made sure my kids were comfortable when I had to bring them. I always felt as though Ron was going to bat for me and was a pleasure to work with others in the dealership as well. Even at the end of the sale, Ron felt as if he could not drive home enough that I could call him for absolutely any reason in the future. I could not have asked for a better sales person, thanks for being you Ron! More
