We recently took our F350 there for transmission service- the cost was $150 more than quoted by Caribou Ford in Quesnel for the identical service. However we were leaving for vacation and were unable to get an appointment in Quesnel as they were booked. We called Prince George Motors and were given a one o'clock appointment. After driving to Prince George and waiting for two hours my husband went to find out what was happening and was told it would be another hour before the truck was taken in. At that point he took the keys and left. Thanks for nothing Prince George Motors. All you did for us was cost us fuel to get there! Years ago I lived in Prince George and purchased a Ford that I took there for regular servicing- was the same story then with poor service and I quit going there. I thought the situation might have changed after all these years but appears that it hasn't. More

I went into Prince George Motors to buy a new F-150, however I had never bought a brand new vehicle from a dealership before. Luckily, I ran into Tony who made the process of looking, testing and buying a new truck easy. He took the time to explain everything that I did not understand and walked me through the whole process of buying a truck. Even after all that, he was still awesome enough to include a set of winter tires and a brand new tonneau cover.
