Though I bought my 2006 C2S in 2007 from the states, I've had nothing but good service from both Pfaff and Pfaff Tuning. I recently had a transmission problem that was clearly a manufacturing defect. The service manager Mike has been great to deal with, and was able to get Porsche to replace it through their good will program. I'll certainly continue to buy Porsche. They clearly stand behind their product and Pfaff was great to deal with. For basic service, Pfaff does a good job of making sure you don't have to wait around, and scheduling things nicely. Side note, turns out Mike also makes the Pfaff Tuning exhausts (he re-works the stock internals). Sounds amazing without being even remotely obnoxious. Highly recommend it. More

I had to pleasure of dealing with Thomas while considering a Porsche certified Cayenne. No matter what question I had, Thomas knew the answer. Over the past twenty years my family and I have purchased many vehicles (both new and used) from the Pfaff Motors Group (Porsche, Audi and VW). On each occasion we have received what can only be described a many vehicles (both new and used) from the Pfaff Motors Group (Porsche, Audi and VW). On each occasion we have received what can only be described as totally outstanding service not only from the sales team, but also from every employee we have been in contact with. My vehicles have also only ever been serviced by Pfaff, the service department being extremely competent, professional and friendly. The work completed is always fully explained, the vehicle returned on time (or is available early), and it has been washed. This dealership appears to be not just interested in your vehicle or taking your cash, they take an active interest in you, the result is that you feel that you become more than a customer or even a friend, you seem to become a part of the Pfaff family. Prior to visiting Pfaff, I enjoyed 3 years of trouble free, good service at another Porsche dealer. I never had an issue or a complaint. I switched to Pfaff when I moved back to Ontario.
