Horrible sales and poor management i just purchased my 2nd Porsche within a 3 year time frame and spent well over $300,000. the salesperson was incompetent, didn't even contact me to t i just purchased my 2nd Porsche within a 3 year time frame and spent well over $300,000. the salesperson was incompetent, didn't even contact me to tell me the car was in. he would answer the phone saying "what's up?" real great customer service.... Management is no different. you raise concerns and complaints, and they simply pass the puck because they dont know what to say. I picked up my brand new vehicle 2016 and literally 1.5 days later it is being picked up for service??? Isn't the salesperson supposed to verify all mechanics are working properly. this has become the absolutely worst nightmare ever!! I promise I will never go to Pfaff Porsche Vaughan again and certainly I am soured on Porsche the vehicle so much that I may not even buy another porsche. More

excellent customer service i bought a used 911 from Pfaff and Jay R was my sales rep. I live in Alberta and traded my car in from here. Visited the dealership in person and the i bought a used 911 from Pfaff and Jay R was my sales rep. I live in Alberta and traded my car in from here. Visited the dealership in person and the manager offered to lend me a car for an upcoming wedding, WOW! Hopefully they keep their word! Jay R has been an awesome sales rep and he treats you as a friend. Very easy to deal with and exceptional, honest attitude. I would definitely recommend buying from Pfaff. One problem occurred when my car was delivered I discovered the underside of the front bumper was deeply scratched and gouged. Their 3M team then applied the 3M right over the damage, they also did not apply 3M to the headlights or sode mirros as I had requested. However this proved the damage had occured at the dealership and not by the shipping company. I am having it repaired by a local Porsche certified bodyshop and Pfaff is fitting the bill including covering my rental vehicle. Great service. Also should mention Amanda Bartoletti was excellent in dealing with the financing side as well as smoothing out issues with my insurance company who would not insure the car while in transit. Well we finally convinced them but happy to report I have switched companies! Overall good experience, Jay R even gave a few goodies plus a beautiful large gift basket, wifey points! More

This dealership is very bad and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Worst service I've ever got and everyone is rude and stuck up. I went in to look at a Porsche 911 and no one wanted to help me and they st to anyone. Worst service I've ever got and everyone is rude and stuck up. I went in to look at a Porsche 911 and no one wanted to help me and they stared at me like I was crazy or something. I went to a different dealership and they were much better but that dealership gave me second thoughts about getting a Porsche. I recommend going to Porsche Center Oakville the service there is much better and people are way more friendly then the people at PFAFF Porsche. More
