My daughter and I visited the dealership and from the beginning Ajeet was helpful, patient, kind and informative as he guided us through all the choices, extras add ons, service package, and all the other "whistle and bells" that go along with ordering a Porsche. We ordered it on the spot and his communication thereafter regarding billing, payment, pick up and delivery information were all truly exceptional. Our business was truly appreciated, the Porsche team was remarkable and the delivery process was something that I will always appreciate and treasure with the red bow and champagne and unveiling of my new car! Eric Trindade displayed an extraordinary degree of product knowledge and was very patient with our many questions. Matthew Greco was present to support the delivery of our new Porsche and he spent a considerable amount of time explaining every feature and option, never leaving us feeling rushed or unsure of any explanation. Interestingly, a Porsche was not even on our shopping list originally, but all you have to do is drive one to know you're making the right choice. Reception personnel were very attentive and assigned Zlad Dujsic as our sales contact. Zlad was very quick to learn our requirements, reviewed inventory to provide a range of Cayennes for us to consider. We set a test drive date for a couple of days later which helped us zero in on the Cayenne S as our preferred model. Focusing on the preferred equipment we were looking for we found a suitable candidate to satisfactorily fulfill our desired option list. A fair and very acceptable financial agreement was reached for the purchase of the Cayenne S and trade of the Escalade. The process was enjoyable. No pressure. Three days later we picked up our new Cayenne with a most delightful vehicle delivery experience provided by Zlad and delivery specialist Matthew Greco. The Porsche Centre Oakville offer a very professional, friendly, courteous, and over all delightful buying and delivery experience. More
