Friendly, Warm Staff I ordered a new Cayman S in November 2016 - custom built from the website. John-Robert was very helpful and answered all of my questions during this I ordered a new Cayman S in November 2016 - custom built from the website. John-Robert was very helpful and answered all of my questions during this phase of the negotiation and purchase. He provided customer references that were informative. He invited me to the dealership in December so that I could look at some stock cars that had been delivered; this helped me confirm some of my build decisions. John was always patient with my questions and (sometimes unscheduled) visits prior to the delivery of the vehicle. I never felt that he was rushing me out the door. Prior to the "build freeze date" (March 2017) there was an issue with the interior I had selected - it was no longer available! This was a corporate Porsche issue - the interior had been removed from the Porsche Canada website. John went to bat for me and was able to get the interior that I had originally ordered. Between the order date and delivery, my transactions with Patricia were friendly and helpful. The car was delivered July 13th. The delivery experience with John and Zlad exceeded my expectations. The car looked beautiful and my wife and I were made to feel special. Zlad has already sent a follow up email and his enthusiasm is genuine. It also helps that he is a fellow Raptors fan :). Overall I recommend this dealership and I recommend John-Robert as your sales person. More
