I bought my car from Holden at the Upper James Nissan in June and was happy with the service. I was informed that all the previous salesmen have been let go and new staff brought in which saddens me given t June and was happy with the service. Poor choice on behalf of the owners of this location. Lousy treatment if their former salespeople! My problem with the display wasn’t addressed which is upsetting. The service rep assumed I didn’t know where to access the display menu which is an insult to my intelligence. More

My last experience at Plaza Nissan was very disappointing and very unlike any previous service experience I have had with them. I felt pressured to agree to having extra services completed before I had even and very unlike any previous service experience I have had with them. I felt pressured to agree to having extra services completed before I had even left the dealership. When I received the report outlining everything that was wrong with my car, I was not contacted at all to have multiple very expensive suggested services explained to me. One of the concerns I had communicated to the service advisor (a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire) was not fixed (I was told they "couldn't find anything wrong" but was then told they had had to put air in it -when I had just put air in it two days prior). After this experience I was left feeling like the stereotypical woman who car dealerships try to gouge extra money from, assuming they don't know anything. Up until this appointment I had had the utmost confidence in Plaza Nissan and felt I was always treated well and with respect. I will make sure not to deal with this particular service advisor again.
