The service department is terrible. I waited 1 hour and they still hadn’t taken my car in for its scheduled oil change. Then when I asked how much longer they said at least another hour I waited 1 hour and they still hadn’t taken my car in for its scheduled oil change. during an oil change they notified me that my drive/serpentine belt needed urgent replacement. it was marked in red and my service wouldn’t even complete until i addressed their suggestion. i lef drive/serpentine belt needed urgent replacement. it was marked in red and my service wouldn’t even complete until i addressed their suggestion. i left the dealership, my dad bought a belt, and we spent 2 hours replacing that belt. the belt is in perfect condition. what a scam.
