Had the car towed to Plaza Nissan after hours and left hey and info. Envelope with phone number in after hours slot. Contacted Plaza Nissan in morning needed to replace rear control arms on my 10 year old hey and info. Envelope with phone number in after hours slot. Contacted Plaza Nissan in morning needed to replace rear control arms on my 10 year old Nissan which is covered under extended warranty and three recalls... Carried out all the work in less than a day with only a charge of $300.00 for some adjustment bolts that were rusted and seized and not covered under the extended warranty... A great job done in a timely manner and they paid for the Uber to pick me up to get my car :) More

The service staff are excellent - pleasant, helpful, informative. Always maintain promised schedule unless there’s a good reason. The service people have been very helpful in diagnosing and repairing our Aryia. It took several trips in to diagnose the charging issue but they stuck with it and figured it out. We were very disappointed and repairing our Aryia. It took several trips in to diagnose the charging issue but they stuck with it and figured it out. We were very disappointed that it took over two weeks to get the part necessary to complete the work as Nissan had no replacement parts available in North America which I feel is unacceptable. We had purchased the extended warranty and needed that to secure a rental vehicle while we waited for the repair to be performed. Plaza Nissan made the arrangements for the rental vehicle which was much appreciated. Both David and Ron worked hard to ensure we were happy with the service side of things and David worked with Nissan to make the rental possible. More
