I Purchase a used 2019 GMC 2500 denial diesel truck for PLANETE MAZDA The truck came certified in Quebec and had the FULL mechanical review from the PLANETE MAZDA. I brought the truck to large GMC dealersh PLANETE MAZDA The truck came certified in Quebec and had the FULL mechanical review from the PLANETE MAZDA. I brought the truck to large GMC dealership in North Bay Ontario to be certified and have the truck looked over and the following was required to get the truck certified in Ontario. One idler arm and one pitman arm where required. Also the coolant reservoir need to be replaced and rear window defroster need to be repair total cost of over $3000.oo. I also lost use of the truck for over 2 weeks waiting for parts. I need to rent a vehicle for that time as the truck is used for business. I contact PLANETE MAZDA to see how they might help me out. The sale manager response was the truck was certified in Quebec and he had personally driven the truck without and issues. Most of the most repair work completed under the GMC warranted but I still did not have use of vehicle for 2 weeks. I feel I was mislead and screwed over by the dealership. I would recommend any one purchasing a used vehicle of PLANETE MAZDA get the vehicle reviewed by a different mechanic or just buy an vehicle from a different source. If I would have had to pay for the repairs outside of the warranty I would be taking the dealership to small claims court. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone Tim T More
