Initial Dealing Was good but When I bought it one month back Humming Issue Came, Suggested me to change tyres , which i did still issue is there. Now Yesterday When I visited there asking for 130$ to check and even Service team behavior was rude. Seems like don't care about customers. I really hope Owner will do something on this. Quality is really compromised in KIA Seltos which I feel. More

I was very disappointed with the service provided by Planet Kia in Brandon during a recent visit. I waited for over three hours with no information about my vehicle, the work on wiring, that was inadequ Planet Kia in Brandon during a recent visit. I waited for over three hours with no information about my vehicle, the work on wiring, that was inadequately protected from driving on gravel roads, wasn’t covered by the warranty but the biggest problem was their refusal to repair the air conditioning. The service manager claimed that there was a missing cap and contaminant in the system so they couldn't work on it and as good as accused me of lying when I pointed out that the last person to touch the air conditioning was a Planet Kia mechanic when it had to be repaired a year ago. He declined to consider the possibility that they might have made an error. They were supposed to contact us with a resolution but failed to do so. So we called them. After some discussion they said that they were going to look into it and get back to us in twenty minutes. Thirty minutes later we called them and failed to get past the reception desk as everybody was too busy to talk to us but were promised a call back - we are still waiting. Is this the way to treat a loyal customer who has bought 4 new cars over the past 15 years? I don’t think so. As a result we took the car to Key Kia in Yorkton who not only found that there was no contaminant in the system but also that an incorrect O ring had been used to fix the previous problem, so it was no wonder that the air conditioning failed again. Will we buy another car from Planet Kia? No. Will we use Planet Kia in the future for warranty/repair work? No way, I wouldn't trust them to fix a wheelbarrow. More
A great car buying experience. I've never been a fan of the buying process, but Terry made it the best car purchase to date. Not pushy, made sure I had all of the information and made sure to update us on the buying process, but Terry made it the best car purchase to date. Not pushy, made sure I had all of the information and made sure to update us on the order status as we waited. Delivery was smooth, and he ensured to explain everything in detail. Cory took the time to explain all the financing details, and was not pushy with back-end products. Overall, the best car buying experience I've had. Never thought I'd end up in a Kia, but I'm glad I made the change and the Planet Kia team made the switch easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
We just purchased our first Kia product, a 2021 Telluride. We had test driven others in its class and found the comfort, features, and warranty to be superior. We just traded in our Sorento for brand new 21 Seltos Ex premium. Absolutely the best car we’ve ever had. Andy B is an absolute gem.
