I was looking for a reasonably priced used car that would be reliable and safe for my grandson. Just walking into the dealership you feel the high touch customer service approach. Very warm, attentive and not pushy. I purchased a used Acura for my grandson and the service commitments were excellent. My grandson was very excited with the car. Calls were returned quickly, Pickard sent a nice young man to pick me up, downtown Toronto, to drive me up to them so I could pick up the car, when I got there all forms were copied and highlighted, ready for me to sign.
