after shopping around for a car a friend mentioned Pickard Lane Leasing. I went there with my family and was greeted by very friendly staff. They brought us to the back of the dealership where they had a very large selection of cars trucks and suvs. After test driving a few cars we found the one we wanted. we were so happy with service and knowledge not long after we went back a got a second car for my daughter. there were minor issues like scratches but when we picked it up the next day the scratches were gone and we left there very happy. we've had no major problems with our cars. I would highly recommend Pickard Lane Leasing for your future car purchase. After a few months I went back to tell them that cars were running fine when the owner came up to me and said thank you for letting us know and if there is anything they can in the future just come on in. Hearing that from the owner him self was very professional. My hat goes off to Pickard Lane Leasing thank you for making a difficult decision seem so easy. More

He was patient, friendly, and allowed me to test drive multiple cars to get a feel for them. The selection at Pickard Lane was also very extensive, they have a lot to choose from which most used car dealerships don't and which made me able to pick out what I liked. Price wise, they are very reasonable and I found that there is something there for everyone's budget. The car I bought is very reliable and I am pleased with my purchase. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and will be going back for my future vehicles. More

I recently purchased a vehicle and it had some issues. Even though it was more than 2 months after purchase Pickards paid all the repairs! BUYER BEWARE! My experience has been a nightmare with BUYER BEWARE! My experience has been a nightmare with this dealership. They are very friendly until you put down a deposit. I had taken the veh BUYER BEWARE! My experience has been a nightmare with this dealership. They are very friendly until you put down a deposit. I had taken the vehicle to a mechanic off site and they gave me a list of must do's to buy the vehicle. This included a warning on low antifreeze that could mean a leaking head gasket. The Owner of Pickard Lane Leasing met with us and said absolutely these things will be done including a pressure test to ensure the engine is in great condition, sign here. After a month of waiting, the pickup date finally arrived and they swore up and down that everything was done, including the engine was in perfect condition. But threw in unlimited warranty on the engine and drive-train to re-assure us. After signing for the vehicle and leaving the property, lights started coming on the dash... took it to my mechanic, and not only was it NOT legally certified (meaning; the certification was given but not all the work was done). The real kicker is that the head gaskets were blown and the engine was on it's last legs. My mechanic also stated that they knew this, because they had put a tonne of Stop Leak in the antifreeze to try to cover up the blown head gaskets. My mechanic's opinion is they put the extended warranty on, to have the insurance pay for the blown engine so they wouldn't have to fix it (isn't that fraud?)... Be careful if you even consider buying from this place! More

These trucks are manufacture dealer rejects, meaning too many problems to sell as a certified vehicle. Dealerships won't touch them at all. They are abused oil field trucks, trade ins or repos. Don't trust these guys they are all CROOKS!! More

They kept my deposit. I had a budget in mind and looked at their website and found a car within this budget. I called and they told me to come the care is here. When I got after a very very long drive, the car was sold! Anyway a pushy salesman got me hooked on another car and I told him it's a bit outside my budget and I need to make arrangements. He said to put a deposit to hold it and told me I will get my money back if I cannot get financing. He said sign here, here and here and didn’t provide me any opportunity to read the fine prints. The next day I called them and said I could not come up with the money. The attitude of that salesman changed right away. He said my deposit was lost. I drove there again and this time talked to the manager who refused to give me my money back! More
