Mario was great! Good overall experience but we let them know ahead of time that we were coming to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived it was full of ice and snow. I had been looking for a particular vehicle for some time now when i found 'the one' i wanted at Pickard Lane. I had no idea who they were or where they were but visited and found the whole team to be very f now when i found 'the one' i wanted at Pickard Lane. I purchased my car from them knowing it would take a few days to finalize the paper work and pick it up. It was ready soon enough and the hand over was a great experience. At the time of pickup there was an issue with the remote entry key that came with the car- this caused a couple of issues for a day or so, but Pickard Lane quickly arranged to have this replaced at their cost. I am very pleased with the car and with them. I would use them again. More

I bought the car, it's a gem. About a few weeks later their was a problem, the headlight bulb burnt out. They told me to bring it in no questions asked and replaced bulb for me. They had a car in stock that I had always wanted and even though it was a tad out of my price range The reason i went back was of their great prices.
