Great honest service. I've never written a review but this time I really want to share my experience. My mechanic in Palgrave Andy at Xtreme Auto whom I trust, recommended I've never written a review but this time I really want to share my experience. My mechanic in Palgrave Andy at Xtreme Auto whom I trust, recommended Pickard when my son and I were looking for a used car for him. We went to the website and found what we were looking for and our salesman Gabriel Amerato made it easy. We negotiated a fair price and then Anna did all the paperwork and three days later we picked up the car, certified , e tested and detailed, looking like new. Extremely impressed! I've bought cars on Kijiji and from dealers, both new and used, and many times have hated the process and felt ripped off and not confident with the purchase. Not this time... First Car I was pretty desperate to find a vehicle and was running out of time before moving for my new job. Pickard Lane Leasing was able to get me into a car within a week, although with mild hangups along the way. In the end, the car had new tires, a new fuel line and drives fine. They did however neglect to align the steering wheel so it's crooked when driving straight. A mild inconvenience, but like I said, I was short on time. Overall, things were fine and the car seems reliable so far. More
