We knew what we were looking for and found our 2011 Ford Escape at a fantastic price at Pickard in comparison to other dealers. Ana was very helpful and guided us thoroughly through the whole financing process. Due to fortunate circumstances, she was even able to meet us in our neighbourhood to get papers signed - saving us a 40min trip to Bolton at rush hour time! Unfortunately we have found a couple issues with the vehicle immediately after purchasing but Giancarlo has been so kind and accommodating in helping us get them sorted - even picking up the vehicle from my husband's work so their mechanics can get the problem sorted without inconveniencing us. Overall it's been a great experience. More
