not willing to resolve issues When I got my vehicle home I realized that there was no jack in the compartment. It is too bad that they want to sell product but after the vehicle is off the lot they don't want to bother with any issues. More

We live in a time were customer service lacks in most industries especially in the automotive sales sector. I was extremely impressed with the pickard lane team. On a scale from 1-10 I rate them 20. My experience was very positive,and I appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. In fact, when I expressed my wish to test drive the vehicle alone I was accommodated. Any questions or concerns I raised were made note of, and with one minor exception, dealt with prior to my finalizing the sale. Iggy was thorough and very helpful throughout the purchase. He provided the necessary details and warranty information; then gave me the time and space I needed to reach an informed and confident decision to purchase my Freestar. We will definitely keep Pickard Lane in mind when it is time to replace my husbands vehicle. I had a very positive experience from the time I arrived on the lot, to when I left driving my "new to me" vehicle. More
