There was no pressure to buy the car we test drove, and Austin was very friendly and kept us informed of what was happening with our car, and I liked that I was able to just text him if I had a quick question or communicate with him by email if it wasn't urgent enough to phone him. There was a bit of a dilemma with the licensing, but that wasn't really Pickard's fault (it was the fault of the dealership that owned the car before they did, as they hadn't done what they were supposed to do with the ownership), but other than that it was a smooth transaction. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for a reasonably priced used car, and hopefully I won't need to buy a new car for a while, but when the time comes, I would definitely come to this dealership again. More
