Friendly staff, long wait I had a mixed but overall reasonable experience. Austin was very friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff I came in contact with was also courte I had a mixed but overall reasonable experience. Unfortunately the car had not been safety and e-tested yet when I went in and had some minor issues which took some time. They offered to look into service bulletins which was much appreciated but held up the deal into double the time expected. When I finally picked up the car, some issues that were agreed upon to be fixed were still not resolved and had to be rescheduled, further prolonging the process. More
