I have been looking to buy a preowned BMW for some time, but could not muster the courage as I heard horrible unreliability related stories associated with them. Dealing with Dylan at Pfaff gave me the confidence to buy a preowned BMW as I felt I could trust Dylan and Pfaff BMW. Took the delivery of a 2014 535I last Friday, but had some start-up related issues after driving around the car for couple of days. I emailed Dylan about the issue and he promptly asked me to bring the car over to have a look at it. They kept the car for couple of days and did some RPM tweaks to fix the issue. Dylan even stated to check back with me in near future and I am 100% certain that he would because I trust Pfaff BMW, especially Dylan. Thank you Dylan and Pfaff BMW for the wonderful experience so far, I hope things go smoothly with my car with no further issues. I hope to come back to Pfaff BMW in couple of years to buy one more BMW. More
