Can't help BMW owns Mini Cooper. I had a tire warning light on my car appear as I was driving through Mississauga today. Thought I would go to the BMW dealership BMW owns Mini Cooper. I had a tire warning light on my car appear as I was driving through Mississauga today. Thought I would go to the BMW dealership device to just check my tire pressure for me. The women at the counter said they can't look at Mini at all - not even for tire pressure! I said Seriously! On principle alone I would go not to this dealership - EVER! More
Don't pour water into a bucket that has a whole. I took my X5 in for an oil leak. They changed the oil and then told me where the leak was and how they thought they should fix it. Common sents tells I took my X5 in for an oil leak. They changed the oil and then told me where the leak was and how they thought they should fix it. Common sents tells me you should get the approval of the owner to fix the leak, then change the oil. Yes?? They admitted to dropping the ball but also said they would except my payment at the reception area. More
I had a lease return to this dealership! what a nightmare. This is my 3rd BMW, but first AND last from this dealership. There was an issue with the key we gave back, i called the sales manager beca nightmare. This is my 3rd BMW, but first AND last from this dealership. There was an issue with the key we gave back, i called the sales manager because the lease return rep was completely useless. The Manager proceeded to yell at me as to why i did not go through the lease return rep thats why he is there etc. When i finaly was able to get a word in he calmed down and realized he was wrong. But when i explained how bad the customer service was, he started yelling again he finally said if my car has been returned he has nothing further and hung up. I immediately called BMW Canada and filed a formal complaint against the dealership and manager. Customer service is the number one reason anyone returns to a dealership. I bought 2 more BMW's since and from a different dealership. never return again here. More
Purchased a new 2011 model (year end clearance)...dealer called back after signing sales agreement to advise that was the last veh and had been sold to someone else so we had to take veh that came with the called back after signing sales agreement to advise that was the last veh and had been sold to someone else so we had to take veh that came with the more expensive package. Sales people told us that if we weren't going to give them an "exceeds standard rating" on the customer service survey that we should just come back for our deposit and not proceed with the sale as that would affect their potential bonus. A couple of months later I return with the vehicle to have a minor touch up done to the bumper (someone hit it in a parking lot)...the vehicle went back and forth five times and to-date still has a yellow stain that has leaked through the paint. The first time it was returned to us there were streaks of dried blotchy spots of paint, unfinished edges where it was taped off etc...second time the yellow leaked through due to multiple layers of compound/paint/finish being applied over top of each other..third time it came back with white paint splatters over the entire body of the vehicle, which they claimed was "tree sap"..despite the fact that the vehicle is new and has never been parked near a tree..back it goes and 4 days later, the yellow leaks through again! On our last call we were told they had no idea why this is happening and that on site repairs are not 100%, so we should take it to a proper body shop, where we will now have to pay for the entire bumper to be painted in order to get rid of the yellow stain they caused...at our own expense! All I can say is...save yourself the headaches and go to Budds in Oakville for service...these guys at Mississauga are brutal. More
I had purchased a used 2008 535XI from BMW Toronto after having many problems with my 2007 530XI. When I brought it to BMW Mississaga as I had some problems withe DVD Nav. system and wind noise in the sunr having many problems with my 2007 530XI. When I brought it to BMW Mississaga as I had some problems withe DVD Nav. system and wind noise in the sunroof, the service rep knew what I was talking about whereas on the 2007 with the same problem I had to "discuss" with BMW Toronto the same type of problem. The Service Reps. are very helpful and try to get you in and out ASAP. The only 2 negatives I've seen are that at times the Service Reps. don't call back after leaving messages and when you drop your car off for service you really don't know who to deal with. I do like BMW Toronto's system where at drop off they walk you to a service rep. so there is no milling about and people get helped in the order they arrived. More
