If you ask them for an explanation, they will shrug and hum and haw. They don't know themselves what is covered or not covered so how can they sell such coverage. Don't buy the extra coverage (and buy your BMW from a different dealer). More

The car we picked up was sorely lacking in the promised inspection. It was clean, but it was missing a rear head rest, first aid kit, keys for the roof rack and courtesy key. In addition, it was obvious that many things were never checked (opened) as when we later used the car and opened various doors/windows/compartments, we found a lot of dirt and debris clogging the compartment and/or the mechanisms. Michael was diligent in ordering the missing materials and we appreciate his attention (the courtesy key is still missing because we can't be bothered to bring it up). If we were buying a Kia, we would not expect anything more, but not a BMW with their stated assertion that the car undergoes a thorough and complete bumper to bumper inspection and prep. Hmmm thinking we might go elsewhere for servicing. More

They act like they doing you a favour to book an appointment. I end up going somewhere else but I am hoping to that somebody reads these reviews and institute some changes. Until then Budds gets my business (even though it is further for me to drive). More

Appointment was booked, by the time I brought my car it had just over 80,000 km. The service advisor I believ her name was (Krishna) refused to honor this as part of complimentary services (up to 80,000 km). She said Pfaff doesn't recognize "grace" period. The charge was outrageous: oil change and sparks - over $500! All other BMW shops return car with exterior being washed. We received dirty car, it was dirtier, than when we brought it for service! I called and asked for the survey to be sent to me. Sure enough - we didn't receive any survey! From my previous experience with BMW (my husband and myself drive BMWs since 1997) everywhere, in Canada and in USA after service being done they give you washed car and always send survey. I am just wondering how to force them to send one to me, because I know certainly it's very important. I suspect they know how bad they are and on purpose don't send out surveys, especially when customers were unhappy, and, who knows, maybe they fabricating surveys. I regret I didn't read reviews prior. Pfaff, apparently has the lowest rating in the industry. More

I told the service representative once the car was ready , just let me know that I was waiting in the courtesy area. @ 9.40 am - after 3 & half hours without informed me. Went to service area and checked . Been told the car was ready @ 8.13 am . I was furious that of nobody called me even I told the service representative I was waiting. Very bad communication. Poor Service department! Called to have an oil change and a recall for airbag issue. They told me that they were very busy and would have someone contact me. So I gave them Called to have an oil change and a recall for airbag issue. They told me that they were very busy and would have someone contact me. So I gave them my number ...never heard from them. This was last week. Called today and waited over 5 minutes before someone answered. Told them that no none called me to setup an appointment for the recall, I was told that the airbag parts would not be in for sometime but that they could do the oil change. I stated that I do not want to be there two times and will bring the unit when I get a call that the parts are in....I was told that it may be awhile. I am now looking to take my vehicle else ware. BMW-MIssissauga-Phone doesn't get picked up by live person. I've re I've tried to called many times and each time i called it goes to voice mail and no one returns calls back when i left message with phone no. I've received 3 recall letters from BMW canada which is almost more than a year and as per letter Local BMW will contact me when parts is available. I don't think parts will take mroe than a year to come and contact customer. Example i had Honda recall for hybrid battery and Honda replaced me within a month. Imagine BMW a premium brand auto with 0% customer service. I'm totally not happy and i'm still waiting to talk to BMW mississauga for recall parts to be replaced. I've written email to BMW canda for record and i'll save those email copy just incase for future dispute. Pls be careful with BMW canada. More
Unprofessional always trying to rip off customers on service I have caught them on many undisclosed hidden charges and then the service estimates are unneeded and when I compared with other service centres I con I have caught them on many undisclosed hidden charges and then the service estimates are unneeded and when I compared with other service centres I confirmed that they were trying to inflate cost by at least five times. This is unethical business practice and paired with poor customer service and very young employees this warrants a poor rating More
Puzzled I wrote a lengthy review on my experience trying to buy a used car there on google reviews. My review is no where to be found. Ironically the majority I wrote a lengthy review on my experience trying to buy a used car there on google reviews. My review is no where to be found. Ironically the majority of the reviews are great or bad with an employee blaming the poster. Funny how that happens. What's the point of a review when it's being manipulated by the dealer? Here's my review. I saw and add for a used 328xi on autoTRADER. I called the next morning and spoke to Dillan. I asked the obvious questions..Canadian car, accidents, mechanical condition. We wrote off another 328xi a few weeks before so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Dillan told me they already had several people interested in the car. I asked him if I could put a down payment on the car and come over immediately to see it. He told me that would prevent others from buying. I thought that was pretty stupid, figured they wanted a sale? At any rate I hopped in my car and drove there. Took me roughly 30 minutes. When I arrived there I asked for Dillan. He guessed my name. We went over to the car, it was indoors. He told me another group was there to look at it and was about to take it for a test drive. I gave the car a once over and said it's sold I'll buy it. We went back to his desk to write up the offer. He was about to grab the print out when the other salesman came over and said "don't bother it's already sold". The other group was still out test driving. So not likely!! Dillan and the other salesman went into their sales manager Anthony. My offer was full price cash. Dillan came back and said "my sales manager said it's the other groups car if they offer full price". In other words they hadn't even put an offer in. To recap. I called them and tried to buy the car over the phone. I drove there and said I'd buy it first. I put in a full price cash offer first and didn't get the car. Guess my money wasn't good enough for them. After Dillan informed me what Anthony the manager said. I stood up. He asked if I was going to wait for the other offer. Anthony at this point could have offered me the car for 1$. I would have told him where he could shove it. Never again Pfaff. More
