When I picked it up the brakes where pulsing so bad I don't know how it past a safety. I got a scratch painted and the car came back covered in over spray. The camera quit, I got it back and the trunk kept opening on its own. They fixed that and the chrysler badge from the trunk lid fell off in my driveway. Unreal. If you like your vehicle don't bring it there. I hate to say it, but I think Canadian tire might be safer. More

As it was half an hour before closing, Tyler hands us a brochure about the Rams and says to email or call with questions and heads out of the show room. We went the next day to Unique Chrysler and bought our New Sport 1500. So when our situation changed two months later and I needed to replace my Jeep as well, I went back to Unique Chrysler for a new Wrangler. More

I visited Performance Chrysler a couple weeks ago to take a look at the new 2014 Avalon's. David greeted me with a warm smile and was very knowledgeable about this new model. We took one out for a test drive and had a very pleasant conversation. I really enjoy meeting new people and David and the staff at Performance were a pleasure to meet. I had a lot of questions which were answered thoroughly by David. This was the first dealership I have visited where the staff took the time to answer all my questions and were incredibly patient. It is a rare thing to have sales people who are attentive to your needs. I will be returning in the spring to make my final decision on a vehicle. I hope that David is available again. Called from Thunder Bay a week in advance to make an appointment to have a squeak in steering column repaired. It was warranty work. Have not been happy with the service I have been receiving in Thund appointment to have a squeak in steering column repaired. It was warranty work. Have not been happy with the service I have been receiving in Thunder Bay and am in area on vacation. When I called the gentleman told me because I had never been to this dealer before to come in and they could either fix right away or make the appointment. For sure I thought I would be making 2 trips to dealer. 1 for making appointment and 2 to get it fixed. I show up at 8:00am Monday morning. Spoke with Service Rep (don't remember name) and he said he could get me in in 20 minutes. Thought I was dreaming. Looked around at some of the new cars on lot while I was waiting. I was surprised NO sales staff offered ANY help. I suppose that is my only complaint. They may have known I was only a tire kicker lol. Less than a hour later my car was fixed. I was explained what was wrong by Service Rep, shook my hand and said thanks for coming in. Even though it was a minor repair I think it was Amazing service. Thanks Performance More

WIFE WAS DRVING DOWN THE QEW AT 6:OOAM IN THE MORNING .WHEN THE PINON NUT CAME OFF AND THE TRUCK STOPED DEAD ON THE ROAD. PORFORMANCE CHRYSLER SAID SORRY FOR YOU LUCK .BUT ALL WE CAN DO IS FIX IT. Well here is a first, for me. My wife and I were on the hunt for a new truck, the one we bought a few years back from Ford was a lemon. Being Ford devoted all my life, always defending them from car lovers hunt for a new truck, the one we bought a few years back from Ford was a lemon. Being Ford devoted all my life, always defending them from car lovers of other companies, everything auto was Ford to me. But they changed, when wanting to purchase a new truck i went to all Ford dealers in our region and we were ignored, disrespected, even laughed at. It was frustrating, maybe it was the way we dressed, maybe they thought that were on a higher pedestal than us. (kinda felt that way to us) Frustrated we decided to try another brand. The first Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram we went to in Niagara Falls was absolutely terrible, we were treated horrible, first thing he did when approaching us was light up a cigarette,we were talked down to, he was arrogant, disrespecting, he would look away to see what was going on outside in the middle of our talks, was even on his cell making us sit there and wait. We waited no more and just left. Thought we would try the one in St.Catharine s. As usual as soon as we pulled up there comes a salesman. Hummm, he was polite, shook both our hands ( the others only shook mine not the wife )introduced himself, welcomed us, he asked how we were, gave a compliment and then let us do the talking and he actually listened. Told him our price, what we could afford and without losing a beat he said he would do his best to please us. His name was Paul Eccles and he was pleasant, accommodating,friendly,honest,personal and business, never once spoke down or over us. I passed a Deep cherry red Ram 1500 Hemi sport all shiny in the showroom and my eyes lit up, he was paying attention, saw my reaction and pledged to do all he can to work it in our budget. I muttered " YA right " well i'll be dammed he did. It is still shiny and new in my drive way, i never thought i would ever own such a beautiful truck, loaded and being brand new. It was less than a new Ford F150, they gave me a higher trade for the Ford than Ford offered and even filled the tank ! and its a big one to fill. Never heard of that before. Even the employees and sales persons not involved came to me shook my hand and congratulated us. I recommend you go to them if needing a car, see for yourself if your going to spend alot of money why not it be pleasant ? Thanks Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Paul for a great buy ! More
