Lies and terrible service. This is not my first issue with Performance. Prior to buying my 2012 Fiat I was a loyal customer having bought multiple cars from them in the past. Since buying my 2012 Fiat: - Performance dented the side of my car then denied it. I had to fight to get them to repair it, ultimately the manager of one of their other locations helped me. They also gouged my dashboard to xxxx during that. - they won't tell me what happened, but there was a serious issue with a tire AFTER leaving a service appointment. Drove to Burlington and back immediately with the car violently shaking, it felt like the tire was going to fall off. As soon as I got back to the dealership the service manager pulled my car off the road. They never told me what they did but after that appointment I never paid for an oil change or wipers again. Whatever they were liable for was big. I followed up after that and never got anywhere. I was afraid to drive my car and the owner at the time, John Mann, told me I should buy a new car if I didn't feel safe... - MANY other issues. I have replaced all wheel bearings, bought 8 tires, and other issues. The car is only 4 years old. TODAY I had an appointment to have my door handle replaced (repeat issue). Maggie quoted me $80 for the handle and $55 for 30 minutes of work. I dropped my key off, Marty asked if I had been quoted. I told him the quote and he laughed. The part is actually $112 and the labour 100/hour, not to be finished in half an hour. After al the issues in the past week his is what finally made me snap. They are liars. I will never go back. Always late I have been to the service department for all of my warranty work for my 2013 truck. Most of the time it is an oil change with very minor warranty work. I would make a appointment for 9 AM and it wouldn't be ready until after lunch. One time they forgot my truck and when I wanted to pick it up after lunch and called they said it would be ready, called at one they said they were backed up, didn't get my truck until 4 pm. Last year I brought my truck in for brake warranty work, oil change and told them I had a parking light alarm plus the led light was out on the diver's mirror, brought it in on Oct. 21, warranty expired on October 24. Truck in at 9 didn't get it until late afternoon, no mention on the bill of the lights. Booked the truck last week for oil change told them mirror light was still out and I found the problem with the tail light was a broken socket in the tail light which would take 20 minutes to. Left the truck at 9 called before noon said it was ready at one, arrived at one truck wasn't ready, could see the truck in the bay no one working on it asked for my truck 30 minutes later said they still working on it, truck now up for oil change. Asked for service manager and all he could say was they had a meeting that morning. When I finally got my truck at 2:30 I asked what time my truck was in he said 11, I said bull----. Then on my bill they had diagnosed the tail light and replace both mirror lights but wouldn't charge me for it, when got home and checked the year old bill, I was mad, call the service manager and told him I shouldn't have waited for warranty work they were supposed to do last year. I found out even if you book in advance you car is put in a pile and if someone comes and said they would wait your car gets bumped, plus the new costumer is told it would be a half hour once it gets the garage, what forget to tell how many other people are waiting. All they can say is sorry every time. More

Shawn Morrison was our agent, Shawn helped me acquire a new vehicle back in 2010 (Dodge Ram) when he was at another Chrysler dealership. I was pleasantly surprised after send back and forth a few emails regarding the Wrangler that upon entering the dealership we both recalled the previous transaction and I was happy to make his acquaintance once again. Shawn again gave us the straight goods on both the vehicle and our financing options. The dealership went out and acquired the vehicle we were looking for and delivered it earlier at our request and schedule. Shawn and this dealership get my vote. Side note: I was really against purchasing from a number of Chrysler dealerships and a little jaded by Chrysler dealerships as I have had a number of bad experiences with the Niagara Falls and Grimsby dealers. I knew what I wanted and Shawn was in contact with me every day. I got exactly what I wanted. I dealt with Shawn. Jennifer, Ian and one other nice guy but I forget his name. I am from Hamilton but thought as I work at the hospital in St. Catharines I would go to Performance auto there. There was a promotion through the hospital for employees and though I missed the date of the deal, they still gave me some money off my car and good money for my old car. I am very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. Shawn even picked me up from work in his own vehicle and drove me back to the dealership to get my new used car!! I was very happy and I hope it stays that way because it was so nice. More

I don't know what happened to costumer service, and the customer always being right. I think everyone needs to be trained in costumer service, I miss going in and feeling like I was visiting friends. Within 5 months our van needs over $1000 in repairs. When I took it in after 5 months for an outstanding recall I mentioned my issues to the service manager. He suggested I talk to Joe Cahill, who sold us the van. When he sold it to us he said that he had the same van, it was so amazing and would be perfect for my family. Now that he had his commission he was incredibly rude. He told me That's what happens when you buy used, I sold mine because the repairs were getting too expensive. Buying from this dealership, specifically dealing with Joe, was a huge mistake. I wouldn't have called Joe if the service manager hadn't suggested it and Joe treated me like garbage. Joe referred me to his manager, who sent me back to the service manager. Each person could not pass the buck quickly enough. I do understand the risks of buying used but for $10,000 I thought I would at least make it 6 months without major repairs. More

Questionable Service Go to this Dealership and you never know what type of service your getting. Some recall(s) they think they have the part(s) in stock which they don't. I was told from people where I work to try these guys out so far for a score out of 10 I would give these guys a 4.5 More
