Little car, An experience THICK with qaulity. I gotta give props to my man Dee El extraordinaire(Derek Lion). They don't call this guy the "Fiat Whisperer" for nothing. I got the call from Derek saying how he found a great car for my wife, I was a little skeptical at first but we decided to come on down to Pembina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. Derek explained to me he found a well equipped, stylish, practical, reliable, fuel efficient AND fun to drive car for an affordable price that fits our budget. I'm like "no way bro you are pulling my leg". Derek was like "Don't worry about it, I'm gonna put you on the bless bus that stops in sweet deals town". I'm like, ok lets see this car! Me and my wife walk in to the service bay and there sits our new to be 2013 Fiat 500 sport. The car was freshly washed by Derek himself. It was a glistening deep blue in color that you could lose yourself in when looking at too long. I thought to myself "those riiims doh", like 16 inch alloy rims on a little sport hatch. Ok ok it looks good, but lets see the interior I said. He opens the door and I'm looking at a leather wrapped steering wheel, leather bucket seats, leather door inserts and an out of this world dash and techy digital gauge. I'm thinking to myself wow this is a little hot pepper for a car. Derek was like "what do you think?" I said "dude this is gonna cost me isn't it?" Derek's like "don't worry about it bro, like I said I'll put you on the bless bus to sweet deals town". I now knew this guy wasn't kidding, he was serious. I hit the preverbal jackpot. Then was time for the test drive. I'm like ok this thing has only 101 horses. This is going to be slow and boring. Nope, the five speed manual was smooth and precise, the car seemed to effortlessly glide forward as the revs got higher and higher. Derek was like "hit the sport button bro!". I'm like there's a sport mode on this thing??? Derek was like just hit it man! Ok I did and wow was that a nice change! Now the car is operating on a different level. The throttle response was better, the suspension and braking tighter and the car tells me to shift at 6500 rpm! Wowsers to prestingo that was fun! I knew right then and there that we were getting this car. So we go back to the dealership and Derek says just chill here and I'll talk to my sales manager about price. I'm like "ok" to myself.. I gotta be honest, I was I bit nervous that I was gonna get taken for a ride (figuratively and not the ride you want to take). Derek comes back and takes like two grand off the asking price no questions asked. He showed me my payment options and I was sold. Derek's sales manager Yury talks to me and my wife and he was a pleasure to talk to. Totally a guy I would trust. Friendly, maintains eye contact, really comes across that he cares you get the best value for your money. And Derek was like an cool breeze on a hot day. Just refreshing to deal with. So easy going and open and honest. Seriously if you want a salesman you can trust and devotes every minute he can spare to find you the vehicle YOU Want, Give Derek a call, you cant go wrong! More
