Wow...great people! We have were looking for a truck on the internet for quite some time and eventually reached the point where we needed to narrow down our selection. Up We have were looking for a truck on the internet for quite some time and eventually reached the point where we needed to narrow down our selection. Up until arriving at Pembina Dodge it was the most unenjoyably experience. As soon as we walked through doors at Pembina Dodge we knew this was different. Amanda was just super to deal with and Juri was awesome! We arrived on Saturday at about 6 PM and even though it was closing time, both Amanada and Juri took the time to explain the Ram products, options, features and allowed us to sit in a few. It was such a pleasant discussion as opposed to the conversations we had at competitor locations. We made arrangements for a test drive the following Monday and very much looked for to it, not only because of the drive but also because of Amanda's pleasant approach. She genuinely cares about making the whole experience as pleasant and easy as possible! Amanda worked really hard to answer all of our questions and was so patient as we went through the decision process. When it came time to pick up the new truck, again Amanda paid so much attention to detail and answered all of our remaining questions. Without a doubt, Amanda made a difference and moved us to a decision we are very happy we made!! Also, the team around Amanda was so helpful and enthusiastic even when it came to very small things. We got everything that we wanted plus more. I would recommend this dealership and suggest that they go see Amanda. She was super friendly always acted in a professional manner, she was quick to respond to my emails and calls I never waited more then an hour for a response although Amanda is fairly new to the dealership you would never have known she did an amazing job! I only hope that the service department is as amazing as the sales. We look forward to doing more business in the future with you guys. More
