The wore customers service I have the wore experience in this dealership. I had done recol on my starter for doge caraven and after job was done I got one good key to my car and I have the wore experience in this dealership. I had done recol on my starter for doge caraven and after job was done I got one good key to my car and one old one which doesn't works for my car any more. I didn't found out right the way but after when I trapped my car key in the car and my other key didn't opened my car. I pay for towing over 100 bucks to open my car. Then Monday I went to that Dealership to ask for good key. Sins that is just nightmares !!!!! I sill have no second key even I have still guaranty for that job. I will go to head office with that issue and too court if I have too and TV Is just unbelievably how I was treated there. Guy nam Deryl is bigest ignorant I ever seen. Tell stories after story's and treat me like liar and I think he and his manager sales that keys to inter people's and make on extra profit. Check job they doing there and your paper work if is correct. Can't believe how much stress I had already because I choose this dealership. SAD !!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Overall, I found the quality of customer service is well below acceptable - typically staffed by men - who have short tempers and lack the grace of courtesy. However, I finally encountered a Service Representative at Peel - who is genuinely kind and helpful. Her name is Leah - and if you have any problems with your Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat or Dodge vehicle - make an appointment with her - trust me - she'll handle any anxiety you might have - fix your problem - and she'll make you smile when you leave. Service Department. Well, my wife purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from this dealership back in July 2016.We ran into into a plethora of issues with the vehicle wit Well, my wife purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from this dealership back in July 2016.We ran into into a plethora of issues with the vehicle within a month of the purchase.....leaking water pump/paint peeling off the bumper/wheel balance issue/plastic fender covers falling off/promise of the vehicle operating manual (still not seen)/paid for extended warranty not processed tp the vehicle...first month!!. The one person who managed to deal with and correct all of these issues was Adrian in the Service Department. He listened and took the time to make sure these issues were resolved, some of the problems took weeks to resolve, but he stuck with it till it was fixed to my liking...today I called looking for Adrian to arrange an oil change only to find out he no longer is employed by Peel Chrysler. We live in Cambridge ON and Galt Chrysler is 5 kms from our home, but we chose to drive 180 kms roundtrip to receive service at Peel Chrysler, because of the Adrian in the service department. If he is no longer employed at Peel? Then we need to find another dealership to service the Cherokee! It's sad to see a "service rep" go above and beyond to make sure the customer's concerns are listened to then dealt with in a timely manner, your loss. Clyde Joseph More
Giving Peel another chance I have always found them pleasant and eager to make their customers happy. However today was not the case. I believe that if you are selling a prod I have always found them pleasant and eager to make their customers happy. However today was not the case. I believe that if you are selling a product you should stand by it and honour it. My fiat was not honoured today. I have two very serious safety problems gone wrong in my fiat. I bought extended warranty but because I'm over my mileage and not by much I might add. I was shut down. The dedication my family has purchasing chyrsler cars only from Peel and all the family and friends who buy chrysler cars. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. More
Bruno De Rose - Customer Service I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership,unfortunately there were issues the service department needed to deal with in the first I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership,unfortunately there were issues the service department needed to deal with in the first month of purchase.I must say having sold Chryslers back in the 80' and 90's in Scarborough I expected the words "Customer Service" to be nothing more than lip service....well I received a real opener when Bruno De Rose, the customer service rep and his team of Adrian,Leah and Jesse the service reps, and even Patrick the mechanic listened to my concerns and then bent over backwards to resolve my issues. They kept me informed every step of the way until I was satisfied my concerns were addressed and resolved to my liking. 5 stars to the team and for pleasantley surprising me in living up to their mission statement of "Customer Service." More

The last time I brought my car in was January 7th, 2015 just to get rid of the "change engine oil" notification as we had at our regular mechanic change it. It was one of the coldest days of the year and their lifts weren't even working because of the cold. I did not complain about time as I was prepared to wait until they were done. I saw no point in getting mad at them for what nature did. I wish their standards didn't change so much as now I try to avoid this place as much as possible. I went in yesterday to have a part priced. I was not asking for someone to work on my vehicle. I was not trying to waste people's time. All I wanted to know was how much a part was from the dealership. I have done this many times and usually leave with a quote or order the part right then and there. They are terrible at calling when something comes in, but I already know that so I also usually ask how long it will take to come in and call myself. So yesterday I'm in the service room, which is a glorified closet, waiting patiently to speak to the man who is in charge of the parts department. Everyone looks stressed so I'm just being quiet and waiting near the area he's working in. I'm not making a single fuss as I can see they're busy. One of their mechanics comes out from their garage and starts asking questions of why we're there. I tell him that I want a part /priced/ because my third brake light isn't working. He asks if I changed the bulbs, and I tell him yes. As our car isn't under warranty any more I try to do all the small repairs I can. I even bought and replaced the small hinges that operate at the front of the door handle. He starts saying that I will be wasting my money. That I'm wasting my time. That what I'm saying "makes no xxxxing sense". When he asked if I've had the car diagnosed I tell him no, because we haven't. Also strangely as a university student paying $100 to be told that a fuse has gone would not be good as I can replace a fuse myself for free if not a couple dollars. My fiance is waiting with me, and becomes so upset at this man berating me for waiting to have a part priced that we leave. I was stunned by how unprofessional this man was as I'm sure they often have more difficult customers than me. I doubt I will ever bring my car here again. If I need to order a part I will most likely just go to a different Fiat dealership. More

I had a serious problem with my vehicle which had made me loose all confidence and trust in the Jeep. Sean reassured me that it wasn't anything serious and that I shouldn't worry. After dropping it off for only a short period of time I had already received a call with a report from him. As it turns out it only a small thing with one of the modules, a programming issue. He had the vehicle fixed and back to me within the same day. I left the dealer feeling completely satisfied and my confidence fully restored ...which is rare. Thank you again to Peel , Sean, and the service team for getting me back on the road. More
