Service dept. is absolutely terrible. Must be amateurs there I waited over 5 hours for a simple rad change that I was toldxwas only going to take 1 5 hours. Driving back to Richmond Hill I had to turn around as I waited over 5 hours for a simple rad change that I was toldxwas only going to take 1 5 hours. Driving back to Richmond Hill I had to turn around as the engine light came on. I get back to dealership and open hood myself and half the parts were not either out back on or missing. Repairs - 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan The vehicle was overheating: I managed to get it "limp" into the dealership just after closing of 6:00pm. John and Leah took the car in. Substantial The vehicle was overheating: I managed to get it "limp" into the dealership just after closing of 6:00pm. John and Leah took the car in. Substantial repair of the cooling system was required. By the end of the next day the car was fully repaired. I was kept fully informed. The work was done quickly and professionally. Extremely rude front desk person at service desk I would like to report an extremely unpleasant experience I had today at Peel Chrysler. I had bought my Dodge Journey in 2016 from Peel Chrysler and s I would like to report an extremely unpleasant experience I had today at Peel Chrysler. I had bought my Dodge Journey in 2016 from Peel Chrysler and since then had always gone to them for oil change and servicing my car even though there are many service center’s between Burlington and Mississauga, due to my earlier nice experiences but today was the last time. When I went to the desk, the person at the desk was extremely rude who made me feel that he was doing me a favor by servicing my car. After signing the work order, I soon as I came out, I remembered that the sticker on my license plate had expired and I went back to request that if he can get that put as well, for which I was disrespectfully told “ Why cant you do it yourself” and gave me a lowly look. Later when my car was ready and I saw the bill and remembered that I had a discount coupon, which I have to him, I was rudely told “You should have started with that”. When I was again reviewing the bill and asked a question, I was rudely told, “ That’s it… you have to pay now”. I was not even given a chance to understand the charges on the bill. Since I was still not convinced I had to go back and ask the other gentle man at the desk about my queries. I don’t think I deserve such a rude and disrespectful behavior from a service provider. Also I came across Consumer Protection Act’ 2002 on the bill itself which states that my bill cannot be over 10% of the estimate. Well, in my case I was given an estimate of $149 and offered a bill of $202, and after coupon discount I paid $184.97, which I guess is wrong as well. More
