As soon as I arrived at Peel dodge Chrysler I was approached by several sales people and guided to the associate I was intended to see, Jamie Philpott. As I was escorted through the lot I found more styles of cars than I expected which complicated my decision but I was not pressured into a more expensive model. I actually got what I was looking for and I was even given advice on cars that will be coming out in the future when I am ready to upgrade. The Jeep I purchased was $2,000 lower than I could find on auto trader and at any other dealer. Financing came through same day and my car was ready, E tested and certified and CLEAN when I picked it up 2 days later. Overall it was nice to have dealers understand I was in a hurry for a car but I never felt panicked or rushed. Also it's worth mentioning that I heard a problem with my car just 2 days after I bought it and I called Jamie my sales guy and he had his service team look at it that day and in 20 minutes I was back on the road with piece of mind. That's as good as service gets. I would recommend Peel Chrysler and Jamie to anyone. More

Much to my surprise, four days after I Googled it, I drove away in my 2013 Fiat 500T, trading in my 10-year-old Mini Cooper. I specifically want to thank Josh West, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I too work in customer service, and know the importance of product knowledge combined with commitment to the customer. Josh drives the same car I do now, and was able and willing to answer questions about it even after the sale- I called him with a stereo-related question the other day. They were motivated to do business with me and accomodate me, had the right car on hand, and had all the right info. They definitely gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car, and other dealership staff and salespeople were very helpful and friendly. The end of the month is a high-pressure time for a dealership, and car purchase transactions are nerve-wracking for the customer. Josh offered me a great deal, while minimizing pressure all around. I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out. I'm absolutely loving my new car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product. More
