I visited this dealership after seeing an online advertisement, and I'm really glad I did. The service is second to none, and the team I dealt with was spectacular at helping me out. Much to my surprise, four days after I Googled it, I drove away in my 2013 Fiat 500T, trading in my 10-year-old Mini Cooper. I specifically want to thank Josh West, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I too work in customer service, and know the importance of product knowledge combined with commitment to the customer. Josh drives the same car I do now, and was able and willing to answer questions about it even after the sale- I called him with a stereo-related question the other day. They were motivated to do business with me and accomodate me, had the right car on hand, and had all the right info. They definitely gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car, and other dealership staff and salespeople were very helpful and friendly. The end of the month is a high-pressure time for a dealership, and car purchase transactions are nerve-wracking for the customer. Josh offered me a great deal, while minimizing pressure all around. I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out. I'm absolutely loving my new car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product. More

Our experience at Peel Chrysler was outstanding. Our sales consultant was Sal and he was great guy. Very Amicable, understanding and comforting.
