I am a 5 hour drive away from this dealership, but they had by far the best prices. Made the deal via e-mail, including my trade-in appraisal. I am vary wary of making such a large purchase over the phone when out of town, I was half expecting some sort of bait and switch after a long 5 hour drive, even though I had a bill of sale with an agreed on price emailed to me beforehand, which would have resulted in me walking away from the sale in a pretty bad mood, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything went very smooth, the agreed deal was presented with no catch and I was very satisfied with the whole transaction. I only gave short notice before coming in to sign the paperwork and they worked hard to get my new truck prepared on the spot so that I could drive it home immediately. They polished it up until it was sparkling and the sales person made sure I was very comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. It does say alot about a salesperson, as by association, about the dealership when the great service continues after the deal is signed and done. overall, very happy with the deal and Nazar, my sales person. I would recommend this dealership, and will be calling back in a few months for my wife's upgrade. More
