Sales rep very aggressive, promised many things that in the end did not materialize. Sales manager a crook and also aggressive bully. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. WOW! What a great experience working with the Team at Peel Chrysler! I had been shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler and kept getting dirty car salesmen - BUT when I when to Peel Chrysler, I was greeted Peel Chrysler! I had been shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler and kept getting dirty car salesmen - BUT when I when to Peel Chrysler, I was greeted by Sal who was completely honest and was really asking me what I WANTED. He helped me in finding the exact match of a car and really "wowed" me with his genuine interest in helping me out. I then worked with Sofiane who help me choose the right warranty and financing options. He was awesome and explained everything with complete details assuring I did not have any un-answered questions. If I had the ability to rate 10 out of 5 - I definitely would!!! Lastly, Price... You always here " You can't beat a deal from Peel" Well that is MORE THAN TRUE. I priced the same vehicle with the same features etc at other dealers and they couldn't come close to matching the price!!!!! Avoid headaches, time wasting and just go meet the team and see for yourself why this place is the #1 dealer in GTA. Baught a brand new 2013 ram there this week. Salesman josh was great and very knowledgable about the truck. Got a decent price after a tough negotiation. I was scammed by the finance man. Bugged and bugg josh was great and very knowledgable about the truck. Got a decent price after a tough negotiation. I was scammed by the finance man. Bugged and bugged to buy the extended warranty or the rust protection package which includes a wax job that's good for 10 years according to the finance guy Sam. Well I didn't go with the extended warranty and after 10 mins of him begging me to change my mind I decided to go with the rust protection package which was 1300. It included an undercoating. Polymer based wax and some kind of rust inhibitor that goes on under carriage. I was rushed when I had to pick the truck up since I was travelling. I noticed that there was never any wax applied because I could wipe dust off the truck with my finger. The only spots I noticed e undercoating wax was on the doors. Nothing underneath or on tailgate. I believe they did not do anything to the truck which I paid for. I mentioned it to sales guy he claimed he knew nothing about this product but he was sure they did it. I am 99.9 percent positive they didn't. Apparently according to Sam if I see one spot of rust in next 25 years they will replace the part it's on. We will see how that works out. Like I said I was in a huge rush with my wife and child and couldn't stand to argue if it was actually done or not. I would recommend this dealership but don't buy anything extra and watch every move they make. I don't trust Sam or the guys in garage the sales people were great very nice to my wife and two year old son. More

I went to many dealerships looking for my new jeep. I never felt as comfortable and not pressured as I did at peel chrysler. Russ found me exactly what I wanted at a price nobody else could offer me. Rus never felt as comfortable and not pressured as I did at peel chrysler. Russ found me exactly what I wanted at a price nobody else could offer me. Russ did all he could to make me happy, he went to the moon and back for me and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend peel chrysler to ANYBODY looking for a new/first vehicle. More
