Hello Joe, Thank you for the review you posted online, we appreciate your candid approach. I noticed that your dealings through my office were rather disappointing. In response to your review I wanted you to be aware that the Rust proofing, Undercoating and Paint Sealant is applied as per Chrysler guidelines. If you feel it was not applied properly, we at Peel Chrysler would like to be able to make it right. The price you paid was a well discounted price for the Master shield program as the Lifetime warranty from Chrysler is only available on new vehicles and at no other time. As a matter of clarification, it may not be entirely fair to say that I ‘rushed’ you; in fact the decision to drive home the truck the very same day you bought it was yours, I simply tried to accommodate your wishes. What will chrysler do to make it better? There is no undercoating in the bottom of the truck, and it was not waxed with this do called 10 year wax. There was still dust on it. I have taken it to a local guy in town who does undercoating and detailing, his exact words were "you paid a lot if money for 5 mins of work on undercoating doors".

Hello again Joe, I have spoken to our service department and have been assured the chemicals were applied to your truck as per Chrysler guidelines. Given the nature of the short timeline of the delivery, some areas may not have been covered to your satisfaction and for that we apologize. We are happy to re-apply any of the components, do you ever come to the Mississauga area to visit friends or family? Please also keep in mind that you do have a warranty from Chrysler and that there are no re-applications or inspections on the rust proofing and under coating. I'm rarely in Mississauga. That is an unacceptable response in my opinion because when I went to pick the truck up the guys were not even working on it. Is there going to be any documents sent to me regarding this product? What was actually done and what warranty covers?

You know if you really wanted to fix the problem you would accommodate me by setting up am sppointment with my local dodge dealer and letting them do it right. After you admitting that they were time pressured and basically didn't do a good job, I think that's awful. When I showed up to pick it up no one was even working on truck. I didn't see a response in your previous message about that.

Sam, not surprising you ignored my last email. I still did not receive anything in the mail about this phony warranty you sold me for a product your service department didn't apply. Also are you going to man up and get my local dodge dealer to cover this or accommodate me in any other way since you admitted in a previous email it wasn't applied properly "due to time restrictions". ?
