Sofiane was professional & friendly. Can not say the same for Stephano (stating he was the "boss" ) we were very disappointed the rim on the grand cherokee was seriously damaged & being excited, buying long distance/internet we didn't notice until a family member pointed it out. It was unfortunate to have to deal with Stephano as he accused us of doing it. However the outcome was jointly rectified, us paying an additional sum to get a new rim, not to mention the gas, time & tears. LOVE THE Cherokee & APPRECIATE NOOR More

Absolutely the best staff sales and service I had the proviledge of buying my 3 car personally from Peel, I traded in a 2010 Caravan and got more than I anticipated in exchange for a beautifully I had the proviledge of buying my 3 car personally from Peel, I traded in a 2010 Caravan and got more than I anticipated in exchange for a beautifully equipped 2014 Wrangler with a price below my expectations with a 6 year warranty AMD lifetime rust proof --- I can't stress how great they are how honest and easy to work with they are -- I plan to be there this fall with my inlaws --- not to mention had my other family go there as well --- they have exceeded all of our expectations More

Where do I start? This is amazing, I don't even know where to start. I find the truck I want and contact Rocco at Peel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and we verbally agree This is amazing, I don't even know where to start. I find the truck I want and contact Rocco at Peel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and we verbally agree on a price. I then set up a day and time to see the truck and drive an hour and a half with my 9 month pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter to find out they are closed. I then cell Rocco the next day and didn't really get an explanation why I was told to come out to find the dealership closed. Anyways, I really liked this truck so I decided to give him another chance. I called Rocco in the morning and told him I was on my way to see the truck and he simply told me to come on out and we'd take it for a test drive. I again drive an hour and a half this time to find out that the truck was sold a week before. Rocco tried to sell me another truck but I was not interested anymore in dealing with them. About a week later I receive an email from the manager asking what happened (appeared to be a standard email) and I replied but never received an answer from him. So now I get an email asking me to give them 5 stars and I could win a trip for two to Las Vegas, really? You have got to be kidding me. LOL Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give you a rating, hope you enjoy reading and learned something. Very unprofessional and not the way a customer should be treated. More
