Unfortunately, by the time I heard of Russ, I had already committed to the purchase of a Ram, but my wife was looking at the 2016 Fiat 500X as her new vehicle. I contacted Russ & without any sort of haggling, he gave me the price that he could sell me the Fiat 500X for & appraised my trade-in at the market value...not the usual low ball tactic that many new car dealers employ.
