I live in Vaughan, and thought I would give PC a try from hearing all the advertisements on the radio. I explained that I was very busy and could only conduct most of my transaction online. The whole staff was very accommodating and straight shooters. Bruno was very helpful in coordinating pricing, and a test drive, and was a pleasure to meet in person. Even though Emad was not present the day I came to test drive the vehicle, Gagan stepped up and was very helpful and accommodating in getting both my wife and I an opportunity to drive the vehicle. I like the way the staff @ Peel help each other out. Dave took care of the business end of things, and again worked with me to get what I was looking for. Overall, the experience was positive, and they all worked around my schedule. Oh, and the motto is definitely true, I did plenty of research beforehand, and nobody could beat the deal from Peel!! From good serivce to bad We purchased my Fiat 2012 500 sport in 2013 from Rocco and had a wonderful experience, and got everything that I wanted in the vehicle and it arrived We purchased my Fiat 2012 500 sport in 2013 from Rocco and had a wonderful experience, and got everything that I wanted in the vehicle and it arrived with less than 20 km on the odometer. The last time I brought my car in was January 7th, 2015 just to get rid of the "change engine oil" notification as we had at our regular mechanic change it. It was one of the coldest days of the year and their lifts weren't even working because of the cold. I did not complain about time as I was prepared to wait until they were done. I saw no point in getting mad at them for what nature did. I wish their standards didn't change so much as now I try to avoid this place as much as possible. I went in yesterday to have a part priced. I was not asking for someone to work on my vehicle. I was not trying to waste people's time. All I wanted to know was how much a part was from the dealership. I have done this many times and usually leave with a quote or order the part right then and there. They are terrible at calling when something comes in, but I already know that so I also usually ask how long it will take to come in and call myself. So yesterday I'm in the service room, which is a glorified closet, waiting patiently to speak to the man who is in charge of the parts department. Everyone looks stressed so I'm just being quiet and waiting near the area he's working in. I'm not making a single fuss as I can see they're busy. One of their mechanics comes out from their garage and starts asking questions of why we're there. I tell him that I want a part /priced/ because my third brake light isn't working. He asks if I changed the bulbs, and I tell him yes. As our car isn't under warranty any more I try to do all the small repairs I can. I even bought and replaced the small hinges that operate at the front of the door handle. He starts saying that I will be wasting my money. That I'm wasting my time. That what I'm saying "makes no xxxxing sense". When he asked if I've had the car diagnosed I tell him no, because we haven't. Also strangely as a university student paying $100 to be told that a fuse has gone would not be good as I can replace a fuse myself for free if not a couple dollars. My fiance is waiting with me, and becomes so upset at this man berating me for waiting to have a part priced that we leave. I was stunned by how unprofessional this man was as I'm sure they often have more difficult customers than me. I doubt I will ever bring my car here again. If I need to order a part I will most likely just go to a different Fiat dealership. More
