peel has by far the worst customer service!!! dont go there! i recently purchased a truck from emad at peel. he assured me of a price on the truck after taxes. when i was called to come pick up my truck the pric i recently purchased a truck from emad at peel. he assured me of a price on the truck after taxes. when i was called to come pick up my truck the price magically went up by a thousand dollars. Emad also told me that it came with a free trailer hitch... which i noticed after the fact i was charged 450 for... i never even asked for a trailer hitch. when i complained to management about my issues they were rude and unhelpful, even mocking me at times! they lie and treat people like dirt. dont go to peel!!!! I looked at three other dealers and nobody could even come close to peel. The best part aside from a great deal on my truck was, I did all paper work via phone and email on Wednesday, drove off the lot Saturday morning. I didnt even have to leave my home or office to negotiate because the deal was too good out of the gate. I dealt with Sal, his fantastic knowledge and expertise along with his professionalism made this deal even more enjoyable.
