New truck in the driveway. I`ve been looking at trucks for the past month. Ram and GM incentives prompted my search. And my 01 Ram was looking a little tired. I couldn`t get close to my target price with GM despite their incentives. I checked online and Ram dealers closer to my home. The price was still a little more than I was willing to spend. I was on Facebook and the Peel advertisement appeared. I checked the inventory, lots of trucks to choose from. I sent my contact info and the next morning Sal Daddabbo sent an email. We exchanged messages an then phone calls. Sal was accommodating and patient. I`m not usually an online shopper, but Sal made this purchase pretty simple. He delivered the truck I wanted at the price I was targeting. He offered to deliver the truck but I wanted to get a look at this place. Nothing fancy about this building but the folks are friendly and happy..... And the coffee is very tasty.... Thanks for you help Sal..... More

I needed to follow up multiple times for answers. 2. Salesperson made decisions on my behalf that I didn't approve and were not in my favour. 3. Salesman needs to be better educated on the car he sold us. Told us we'd get more features then we did. In his words, "you're getting the highest top-end model, it'll have everything advertised". It didn't... not a make it or break it kind of thing, but definitely left a bad taste for us. Shame on us for trusting a dealer and not double-checking ourselves... A lesson learned for next time. Overall: We're happy with the car, not the experience. This is my third new Dodge/Chrysler vehicle and I wish I went to my previous dealer. I will make it a point to tell friends, family and neighbours to buy a Chrysler Hybrid but stay away from Peel Chyrstler. I will be getting the vehicle serviced at a different dealership. More
