Completely ironic that he is listed on their website as their Customer Service Manager. I had to leave a message for the General Manager and Sales Manager. Why do you have to start calling the higher up managers if you are getting good service at the bottom? You are only a number to Steve. Don't expect more regardless of how nice he is to you.
