We were considering a Hyundai so we stopped into Pathway to "kick the tires", so to speak. The moment we walked into the door, we were greeted warmly with a smile by Devon. We kind of had an idea of what model of care we wanted and Devon listened to us as my wife and I explained what we looking for (model, key features, etc.). He understood that we were pretty set on the Accent and not only got us a car almost immediately for our inspection, but took us on an excellent test drive. During the drive, Devon demonstrated the features of the vehicles that were important to us and didn't bother wasting out time on features that we did not have a need for. Devon focused on our key features during the test and answered every question we had about the Accent. In addition to Devon’s extensive knowledge of the Accent, my wife and were also impressed that Devon understood the value of our time and did not waste a moment of it by trying to sell us another vehicle or features we clearly were not interest in. With Devon's easy going nature and straight forward approach along with the value for options we saw in the vehicle, it was not hard to commit to buying an Accent that day. I was passed along to Ciara to set up the financing of the car as well as go over the many options that were available such as extra warranty and the like. Ciara carefully stepped me through each additional option, showed me the cost and explained what benefits each option had. Thanks to her assistance and insight, I did choose to add a few options that would give me a bit more peace of mind while I owned the vehicle. I don't know if I needed that much more peace of mind because the dealership has great hours for service (6 a.m to midnight), employs some of the top mechanics in the city and has plans to expand the number of bays in the near future. All in all, my wife and I were very satisfied with the experience we had with this dealership and the employees we interacted with. The great service we had during our shopping experience doesn’t end there. In the few days we had to wait for the vehicle to be ready, Devon contacted us to give us an update on how the process was going and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Even after we had taken possession of the vehicle, Devon followed up with us a few days later to see how we were enjoying it and to make sure we were one hundred percent satisifed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for purchase a new vehicle and want to avoid high pressure sales tactics or insincere sales people. More

2014 Tucson I went in a few weeks ago looking for options to replace my 2003 Santa Fe. We Met with Bill Stanfield who showed us all the 2014 version, he went through all the new safety features the new standard options blue tooth heated seat, electronic distribution brakes, eco option for gasoline consumption. We test drove the Santa Fe but I was still not convinced. I needed to have the ability to tow a tent trailer so we then talked about the Tucson and my husband and I took one out for a spin. It was slightly smaller but I still felt safe because I am sitting higher than a car. We were the Tucson is build on the same frame as the Elantra while the Santa Fe was built on the same frame as the Sonata. Then came the price negotiated, my husband used to sell cars and knows what to ask for knows not to stop in one dealership. He drilled our sales person asking him why should my wife buy her car here. We go a tour of the service department along with a lot of information on Pathways Hyundai and their great reputation. We negotiated good price but still wanted to be sure and planned to visit another dealership. We decided to go to lunch and think about it but our sales person was determined to win us over and called us with a deal even my husband could not refuse. The transaction was pretty smooth, I was able to pick up my brand new Tucson a week later. This is my first brand new vehicle and I absolutely LOVE it. I would go back to Pathway in a heat beat. My parents bought their vehicle here last year and also had a great experience and I sure you will too. More

We posted a comment on Facebook for recommendations for used cars. Many of our friends suggested Pathway Hyundai. Julian Ferrara was great from the beginning. He suggested we go new but I was very hesitant. After trying a few used and new cars he mentioned we take a look at a 2014 Santa Fe as the payments would be very similar to the other cars we looked at. I said no and went home to discuss it more with my husband. Just for the fun of it I called my insurance company and learned that the Santa Fe would actually be lower than my current payments. Twenty minutes later we called Julian and ask to test drive the Santa Fe. He was right. The Santa Fe Sport is by far the best car we tried out and signed the papers that afternoon. I would recommend Julian Ferrara at Pathway Hyundai to anyone looking for any vehicle. Thank you Julian! More

Buying a new car (first time) I am retired. I had never bought a new car for myself. We went to Pathway Hyundai (Orleans) in the spring of 2013. I wanted to test drive the Veloste I am retired. I had never bought a new car for myself. We went to Pathway Hyundai (Orleans) in the spring of 2013. I wanted to test drive the Veloster, turbo. We decided for many reasons we would wait until the 2014 turbo was released. We did not expect it to take a year. The sales person to greet us was Julian Ferrara. And we stuck with him & he stuck with us. We thought when he saw that we would not be purchasing 'right away', he would loose interest in us. April 2014, I did purchase , (my first) brand new 2014 turbo Veloster. We are very happy with Julian's service. He is a credit to the dealership. He never talked down to us, stayed professional yet friendly . We never felt pushed but we did stand our ground on price . As I slowly drove out of the dealership, Julian's last words were ' dont hesitate to call me , if any problems or concerns ". And I believe him . More

We met with Will Stanfield and he was by far the best sales rep we have ever encountered. He was patient, took all the time we needed, took us out for a great test drive in a new 2014 Tuscon. Right away he asked what kind of needs we had for the kind of car we were looking for. We loved the Tuscon right away because it met all our expectations for our future; kids etc. Going over the finances, Will was super patient as well - understanding that budget is the most important thing for us, he really worked with us on getting to a compromise that worked best for us. What was even better was that he gave us time to talk about it, no pressure which was great. We walked away that day with a new car and after two weeks could not be happier with our choice. We even received a hand written card from Will thanking us for our business! From the get go Hyundai gave us everything we needed and Will is truly an asset to your establishment. Both my fiance and I have hospitality industry background and truly appreciate great customer service which was delivered through and through. We would not hesitate to recommend Will or Hyundai Pathway to any of our friends and family and will be back in the future for our vehicle needs. Thanks Bill! More
