My daughter went yesterday to purchase a Hyundai Venue ,with my son ,after researching it. Dealt with a salesperson IHAM and he was so rude and judged a book by the cover as he didn't take them seriously ,with my son ,after researching it. Dealt with a salesperson IHAM and he was so rude and judged a book by the cover as he didn't take them seriously , so they left and went to the Myers Nissan dealership and they were so nice them the bought a car yesterday. This is not the first time that they judged young people. My son went to by a Veloster a few years ago and they treated him so bad. Then next day he went to buy a Subaru WRX . They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I'M DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED WITH PATHWAY. THE NEXT AFTER PURCHASING MY SANTA FE, A STRANGE AND LOUD NOISE EMERGED FROM BENEATH THE CAR. DESPITE INITIALLY DISMISSING IT AS A COLD START BY ONE THE NEXT AFTER PURCHASING MY SANTA FE, A STRANGE AND LOUD NOISE EMERGED FROM BENEATH THE CAR. DESPITE INITIALLY DISMISSING IT AS A COLD START BY ONE OF THE MANAGERS, IT PERSISTED AND WORSENED. PATHWAY REFUSED TO INSPECT THE CAR, SO I HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO DO SO. IT TURNS OUT, THE REAR MUFFLER CANISTER IS RUSTED, CAUSING THE NOISE. HOWEVER, NEITHER PATHWAY NOR THE AFTERMARKET INSURANCE I WAS URGED TO BUY ARE WILLING TO COVER THE COST. I'LL USE ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL MEANS TO ENSURE MY CAR IS FIXED, INCLUDING ORGANIZING PROTESTS WITH MY FAMILY AND KIDS IN FRONT OF THEIR BUILDING EVERY DAY. More

The dealership is unhelpful, service manager hangs up on people and advised we aren’t welcome at his dealer like he owns the place. Staff at this dealership are friendly, but getting someone to return a phone call or answer an email is nearly impossible.
