No Customer Service Will no be going back to this dealership again and I would never recommend Zina. After negotiating a maintenance package for the duration of the lease Will no be going back to this dealership again and I would never recommend Zina. After negotiating a maintenance package for the duration of the lease, it was a surprise after the second year that they presented me will a bill for the maintenance. When I brought this up with Zina, instead of attempting to resolve the problem, she argued aggressively with me that wasn't the deal we had negotiated. Get everything in writing from them!! Needless to say, we took any service business elsewhere. Fast forward to the end of the lease, Zina reached out to discuss our options. I mentioned we were looking to buy a new Tuscan. She was supposed to call me back but never did. We ended up shopping around at Harmony in Rockland. I'm not sure why, but I gave Zina one last chance to have our business and let her know what Harmony had to offer. Her response blew me away "I'd take that deal for sure". Not even trying to counter with an offer. She had also kept the original ownership for the lease which we needed to hand over to Harmony upon returning our vehicle. When trying to get the copy back, she refused to help and told us to get an updated copy ourselves from Service Canada. In the end, myself, my brother-in-law and in-laws all just bought new vehicles from Harmony. Great service and just a quick drive away. More
