I was specifically looking for a used Honda Civic Hybrid and found one at Parkway Honda through the on-line Auto Trader. Al made sure that the vehicle was ready to test drive when I arrived on the Saturday and when I decided to purchase the car, he made all the arrangements for me to pick up the car a week later. After I got the vehicle home I noticed that one the tail lights had a hole in it. I sent a photo of the tail lamp to Al and he assured me that the tail light would be replaced at no cost the next time I was in Toronto. I had the work completed yesterday and all went well. The service personnel were very professional. I would recommend Al Ramji and Parkway Honda to anyone who is in the market for either a new or used Honda. This is the third Honda that I have owned and the second Civic Hybrid. My husband and I both drive Civic Hybrids now and are very pleased with the gas mileage and reliability of the cars. My wife and I visited Parkway Honda, because of our positive attitude from servicing our civic there, to look at upgrading our civic to an accord. Once we met Obaid and sat down in his office, we were very quickly impressed by his technology knowhow and car market place knowledge of the industry and, of course, the Honda line-up. This happens rarely to us since both my wife and I are “gearheads” and we spend, for the joy of it, much time cruising the web studying the specs and performance reviews of new models. Our other car, by the way, is a 2010 Audi S4 (which we greatly enjoy). As we talked with Obaid, in the number of meetings that we had at the dealership, we started to develop a personal admiration for the man! He was both kind, thourough and frank. It was seldom that we got a simple yes or a no to our questions, and more often the answers came in a form of “pros and cons”. We appreciated that greatly. We also appreciated his sense of humour particularly during our talk about “money” which helped to lessen the tension and finally, we appreciated the belief that he wanted to serve us in getting the car that “we” wanted. This was our first car and we were apprehensive about the whole process. But Sunny Paul helped us through the entire process and end of it we were walking out with a big grin :).
